Taking daily supplements: Vitamin B6, C, D, magnesium and zinc
I have and will keep track of my skin on a day to day basis, in a little notebook- and will transfer the notes onto here. So let's dive in...
- Day 1: Mainly large boils, some are flaky, sore skin, feel ugly. combination
- Day 2: Slightly less sore, still combination. Feel better in myself, placebo?
- Day 3: Not ideal, was feeling ill- so skin was worse, but staying positive
- Day 4: Didn't feel good in my skin, very oily. Wanted to avoid strong lights
- Day 5: Sooo ill - dry, flaky skin, looks awful, but boils have overall decreased - loads of blackheads, needs a deep exfoliation. Itchy, keep picking at it.
Of course, no major changes, as true results take time. But my skin is certainly less painful! Which is great, and I'm feeling optimistic for how the month progresses!
